What are the company business hours? Monday through Friday 6pm - 10pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm. We can also be reached by email at silvergoddessbeauty@gmail.com. Please be sure to include your name and order number.

How long is shipping? Orders are shipped out between 3-4 business days after processing which starts 2-5 business days after the order is placed. Shipping times are subject to change due to volume of orders during sales, holidays, and covid restrictions.

Where do you ship? We currently only offer shipping within the United States

Do you accept exchanges? 

Yes, if the item is defective and upon approval after inspection of items, with the exception of any sale items! The request of exchange must be done 30 days from your purchase. The product must be in the original packaging. We are not responsible for any used or damaged products, especially if not properly taken care of. Items can’t be tampered with meaning they must still be in a hairnet with complete tags if the item is a unit, single bundles must still be in bundle and tied. Items will be exchanged with what was purchased in your original order. Items must be sent back at your expense with the original invoice as proof of purchase. Email silvergoddessbeauty@gmail.com to begin the process and receive further instructions. NO REFUNDS!!!!!

What grades of hair are available? Please review product descriptions

Do you offer colored products? Colored products are considered to be a custom order which can be discussed via email.

Are the knots bleached? Our knots do not come bleached. We recommend consulting with your stylist.

Are your products pre plucked? Our products slightly pre plucked but come with partial baby hairs. We recommend having the stylist customize your product(s).
